PROTEIN EXPRESION AND PURIFICATION
CASCADETM (*) is a bacterial protein expression system that provides tightly regulated, high-level expression. The system makes use of linked regulatory circuits to amplify gene expression levels when induced, maintaining low basal expression levels under non-inducing conditions.
