We synthesize oligos according to your order under high quality standards and deliver to you as fast as possible. We can provide you primers with all desirable modifications and variety of concentrations, at a very competitive price.

Biomedal offers five different scales: XS* (0,02 µmol), S** (0,05 µmol), M** (0,2 µmol), L** (1,0 µmol) and XL (10,00 µmol). Between the methods of purification you can choose among RP-cartridge, HPLC and PAGE purification. All the oligos are desalinated, assessed and documented. Each oligo (up to 50 bases) is tested using MALDI mass spectrometry.

*For oligos up to 30 bases the PLC and PAGE purification are not available.

RNA Oligonucleotides

All the RNA oligonucleotides are purified using HPLC, lyophilized and sent completely unprotected. The minimum length for RNA oligo is 8 bases.

Internal Modifications

DNA oligos between 8 and 140 bases can be ordered with internal modifications. The modifications are standard for XS, S, M and L scales.

Internal modifications of RNA oligos are available for sizes between 8 and 40 bases.

Double Modifications
