Biomedal Gene Synthesis Service is designed for synthesizing genes de novo, from the sequence of the target gene. For oligo synthesis, it is a single strand, and the longest oligo people can synthesize is only about 140 bases, for Gen Synthesis, it is double-strand, the genes can be anything from 3.000 bp.

The synthesized gene is cloned in a vector, either provided by the client or chosen between the different vectors of Biomedal´s catalogue, and its sequence confirmed before the delivery. Accompanying the synthesized gene we give a map of inserted gene, a plasmic map that contain the inserted gene, documentation about the clone squences, quality certificate, and approximately 4 µg of lyophilized plasmic with the gene desired.
