We offer services for the cloning, purification and quality control of PCR fragments supplied by the customer in a high copy number plasmid, for their use as controls, standards and probes. The basic service consists in the cloning of PCR fragments into a high number copy vector, checking the construction by PCR and/or restriction analysis, purification and plasmic quantification.

Other optional and complementary services are:

1. Sequencing of cloned fragments.

2. Serial dilutions for quantitative PCR.

3. Linearization of the plasmid.
