FOOD ALLERGEN ANALYSIS


Recently, the European Commission has approved a proposal about correct food labeling. From now on, any food manufacturer must inform consumers on the food label with a detailed list of the ingredients the foods consists of, as well as the proportions of the listed ingredients.
